Mistakes are painful, gruesome, and yet is a blessing. In the end, without mistakes life is not worth living; because through mistakes one can detect the joy worth living.

Music is the art of melody. Painting and Sculpture is the art of visual. Dance is the art of melody and visual. Dance is the combination of melody, rhythm and movement in the form of expressions. There are various types of dance, such as ballroom dances, jazz dances, traditional dances, and many more. Dance is performed for various purposes such as erotic dance, ceremonial dance, social dance, performance dance, etc.

Rhythm however, is not only in dance. It is also in the heartbeat of human. The art of the heartbeat for example, when two lovers are falling in love; The heartbeat will pound heart with the beautiful rhythm. Rhythm can also be used to describe the harmony of one’s relationship with anyone, anyhow, anywhere. Therefore rhythm is all around us.

In the modern world, tobaccos are the product of daily leisure, which can be found in many forms such as cigar, cigarette, and tobacco leaves that designed for chewing, etc. When there are marketing of products, there are always advertisements. For certain product, media advertisement is necessary to attract a certain range of consumers. Cigarette is the most common tobacco product that is consumed by modern society. It is affordable and enjoyable by mostly male consumers.

Around the early stage of young adults in the working world, most people start with the misunderstanding between teamwork and working together. Teamwork is collaboration work where all members as part of the team contribute equally. It is different compared to working together where all members might come together without equal contribution.

The reason behind it is that teamwork needs the synchronized rhythm in all working components such as skills, intelligence, and attitude. Without any synchronized rhythm on those working aspects, the team will broke down. For example, the idea is the same as football team that have to compete eleven against another eleven. If there are few flaw members, then those members will drag down the team.

There are two categories of active working people. The categories can be differentiated by four grids. The mixes of four aspects are between smart, stupid, diligent, and lazy. If the people are smart and diligent, they might be able to go far. If the people are stupid and lazy, they seem to be the underdog of life. However, the last two combinations can determine the changes in the living world. Those are the smart but lazy and stupid but diligent. If one knows that he or she is lazy, the least that can be contributed is the smartness. In contrary, if one knows that he or she is stupid, the person needs to be diligent to contribute to the world.

The word “business ethic” is what we can called it an oxymoron. The clause of words that is sending a different message that contradicts each other. For instance, business is a world where worldly physical material is to be fight for. While in the other hand, ethic is where the spiritual moral is the focus.

            Business world is that we might say a harsh world where the reality of its people is depending on what can be given so one can take it back twice as much. The reality of business world may sound like “what you do determine who you are and who you are determine what you do.” On contrary, ethical world is what we may say another harsh world where all virtuous morals are being implicated. It is a world with the reality of solid definition of good and bad. The reality may sound like “How we do it determine who we are.”

The" Rayvolution of Technology

In the old times, a community thrived to live in the better world. Therefore, people created electricity, industry, and an more. The existence of technology is actually what caused the world to suffer. It leads into the world where people rely on technology to do all their bidding. It does however, makes life easier. Technology is the second generation of the arms race. All the gadget and technology developers are racing with one goal which is enslave the entire human. All the facts are open out there. For example, the younger generation plays more and more electronic consoles and computers instead of going out.

There are two theories that contradict each other. Those are the “Adam and Eve” according to religions against the “evolution” theory based on Charles Darwin. However, what if there is another way to look at the theory of the first human?

            According to Charles Darwin, Humans are the product of evolution. It indicates the survival of the fittest. In this case, human evolve from monkey, the most intelligence vertebrate. In contradiction, religions stated that human come from Adam and Eve created by God Almighty. What if Adam and Eve are actually the first monkeys that created in the earth and they evolved into what we call human these days?

The "Rayvolution" of Religion Existence

Religions are an invisible part of human socialite that coexist and provocative. To do any argument about any religion means an endless discussion because there is no right or wrong. Religion is a mental test that faith does play its part. Religion is a tradition that glued to the segmented group in the global socialite.

            Religion is indeed a very useful medium in controlling any group of people. It is because it gives humanity hopes, enlighten, and moral spiritual teaching. In the old days, religion was a strong influence that can move the world. Also because of religion, some history told the world about the changes in the world map structure.

            Nowadays, the existence of religion is changing into something that plays as tradition. The newer generation will know religion as something to follow because of their belief of the legacy of a religion. In the modern life, religion is no longer considered as part of life; instead, it is considered as an option that one can take. As the result, religion is somehow no longer an important aspect of one’s life. However, the life and culture itself are taken from the teaching of religion; which makes religions to be the standard of social moral.

The "Rayvolution" of Justice

If there is any unfairness in the perspective of different ages, is that the seniority and power difference that countable. The power difference can be affected by the power of money, authority, biological age, hierarchy position, and many others. With those aspects in one's perspective can prior to changes in the society. Therefore, injustice is inevitable due to lack of respects toward one to another's standpoint. Injustice is created because of the mass conceptual difference in the what are considered good, better, at the best, bad, worse, and worst.

The problem of the society is that the inferiority of many is intimidating. Many of those people do not realize that they hold the power of many in their hand that can actually change the social order. For example, it is known as general that a hierarchy system would not work without the follower. However, some time the hierarchy itself force its own policy and doctrine into the follower's psychological dogmatic. The problem that would surface is that the devotees have their own guidelines between the six levels of righteousness.

In conclusion, justice is only fragment of invalid imagination. It is suggested that justice is only on the surface, and what is beneath it is the shade of light. Justice is part of cultural manner. Furthermore, that cultural manner is the fragment where justice stands at. For example, it seems that proactive, curious, critical thinking, and expressive attitude is not considered as the best trait to have in Indonesia's education system. It looks like that there are invisible barriers between teachers and students in term of ideas. In the end, ideas are one of the strongest force in the world and it cannot be arrested.
